Acorn Hill's Sarah Daffodil walked outside the Main House, February 9th, and soon came running back telling Main House President Dad and Main House First Lady Mom that she'd just seen her first Daffodil of this spring. Dad quickly came out with his camera to capture this first flower. Later in the day 3 other daffodils where discovered along with a patch of crocus and winter honeysuckle. Some violas and helleborus have also been blooming for a while. "It feels like spring outside," said Daffodil "The chimneys aren't smoking and the Daffodils are blooming," observed Nathaniel Barn Loft.
