Boom! Boom! Boom! Then pop, pop, pop...Acorn Hill citizens popped out of the house to see the fireworks that they had hoped to see all day.
Just down the road from Acorn Hill was an outdoor event that promised fireworks at the end. It was likely that Acorn Hill residents would be able to see them from Acorn Hill. This was the case.
Autumn Fern kept asking, "What is that?" She also named the colors that shot through the dark. The fireworks were a special gift and a nice way to end the night.
