The sun, the t-shirts, the air, the water, the boat and...the fishing poles. This is spring to Nathaniel Barn Loft and Mayor Asher Ply Wood.
Not a day goes by when Barn Loft isn't trying to think like a fish. He goes to the fishing basement and comes back with a sampling of lures, a couple of fishing poles and high hopes. When Ply Wood isn't having a little quiet time, he heads out too. It's good that their favorite fishing hole is just down the road. Once the work is done at home, Main House First Lady Mom will take them there. "Why should I keep them from doing what they love?" said Mom. "Plus, I get to sit on the shore and read."
