Cumberland Gap Meets Acorn Hill

Dulcimer jams, classes, concerts, hiking and camping were enjoyed by Acorn Hill residents in forest-laden Cumberland Gap, Virginia.

Nathaniel Barn Loft taught his second dulcimer class with 25-30 in attendance and performed in the Friday night concert. Mayor Asher Ply Wood joined in on jams and opened the Saturday night concert.

"People like my boots," said Ply Wood, who enjoyed watching the campfire cooking and did a little campfire cooking of his own with marshmallows on a stick.

Main House President Dad made it all happen.
